Gran Turismo 7 patch 1.06 fixes broken trophies and adds new music

Gran Turismo 7 was published only a week ago, but the first significant update is already in the form of patch 1.06. It brings many changes for both the PlayStation 4- and for the 5 systems and also fixes a problem where players could not earn a trophy, even though they had completed the necessary challenges.

The patch notes sketch 32 different corrections, which have been incorporated into the latest iteration of Sony's racing simulator, of which the most remarkable resolves a problem in which players who passed all licenses on wet surface have not been awarded the Bronze Trophy Rain Royalty. The hook is that you have to go back and all relevant tests have to resume to get the trophy if you have already completed it. At least they are not quite as intimidating as the scary (and often quoted) A-9 licensing test...

Another emanating change is in the form of a fixture for the menu test mode of the game, the equivalent of a single player campaign, in which Polyphony Digital says that there was a "rare" problem that led to the progress of players in this mode was saved. Other changes in this area include Corrections for "Application Errors" crashes that occur on PS4 systems when accessing transmission functions or a racing photo is recorded.

There are many more general bug fixes in patch 1.06, which deal with everything, from the fact that your race suit is not displayed in Driving Gear, to replays that will not be played to the end of the recording. However, there is no mention of a fixture of Gran Turismo 7, which allows players to use millions of credits per hour.

But there are not all troubleshootings because the game has now added 64 new songs that you can listen in repeat mode, and your HUD has added wind speed and directions.
